- Recovery coverage: restart before save, newest in-workspace checkpoint only, duplicate import prevention, repeated completion delivery, wrong filename, and out-of-workspace access denial.
- Independent evaluator: formulas rather than pasted values, balanced journal support, hidden golden totals, no macros/external links/connections, Excel recalculation evidence, and exact-once objects.
HTML spreadsheet replicas, Excel Online, LibreOffice, personal Microsoft accounts, unlicensed Office images, macros, and external data connections do not satisfy this fixture.
Acceptance boundary: PASS is forbidden until the approved artifact generator is available and a deployed agent completes the source package in licensed Excel Desktop while the independent evaluator and visible Windows proof both pass.
